Effective

1Acceptance

By accessing or using inukasourcing.com, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

2Website Purpose

The website provides information about INUKA and channels for corporate enquiries, sourcing requests, supplier registration, NDA requests and related business engagement.

3No Automatic Contract

Submitting an enquiry, RFQ, supplier registration, NDA request or other website form does not by itself create a contract, purchase order, agency, partnership, supplier appointment, exclusivity or obligation for INUKA to undertake work.

A binding commercial engagement arises only through an appropriately authorized agreement, quotation acceptance, purchase order, supply agreement or other binding instrument.

4Accuracy of User Information

Users must provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and must not knowingly upload fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or infringing material.

5Electronic Communications

Users consent to receiving communications relating to their enquiry or transaction electronically. Electronic records and communications may have legal effect under applicable law.

6Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, INUKA owns or is authorized to use the website's original branding, text, graphics, layout and other protected content. No material may be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

7Third-Party Content and Links

Third-party websites, supplier materials, catalogues or external links may be provided for convenience. INUKA does not automatically endorse or control third-party content and is not responsible for external websites outside its control.

8Prohibited Use

  • Unauthorized access or security testing.
  • Uploading malware or malicious code.
  • Fraudulent supplier or client representations.
  • Harvesting data or contact details without authorization.
  • Using the website for bribery, fraud, sanctions evasion or unlawful trade.
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality rights.

9Availability

INUKA may modify, suspend or withdraw website functions for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

10Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is provided for informational purposes and does not replace a specific commercial, technical, legal or regulatory assessment. Liability arising from a specific sourcing engagement is governed by the applicable contract.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution mechanism stated in the applicable agreement or, where none applies, by the competent courts of Uganda, subject to applicable law.
