INUKA provides sourcing and procurement support within the scope agreed with the client. Depending on the engagement, this may include market search, supplier identification, RFQ coordination, commercial comparison, negotiation support, procurement coordination and related reporting.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the client remains responsible for final technical approval, final procurement approval, suitability for intended use, internal authorization, budget approval and decisions requiring the client's professional or regulatory authority.

Supplier information, quotations, certificates and representations may originate from third parties. INUKA may conduct reasonable verification within the agreed scope but does not guarantee every third-party statement unless expressly assumed in writing.

Freight, customs clearance, laboratory testing, inspection, certification, engineering, legal, tax, insurance and regulated professional services may require separately appointed qualified or licensed parties.

Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical equipment and other regulated goods may require licences, registrations, authorizations, quality documentation, traceability, controlled storage or other approvals. INUKA does not represent website submission or supplier registration as regulatory authorization.

Cross-border procurement may be affected by freight conditions, exchange rates, duties, taxes, customs requirements, sanctions, banking restrictions, political events, supplier performance and regulatory changes. Such factors may change after quotation or evaluation.

INUKA's objective is the right total value, not necessarily the lowest quoted price.

Quality, specification, capability, reliability, lead time, terms, warranty, delivery and risk may justify a different commercial choice.

A sourcing request does not guarantee that INUKA will accept the assignment or that a suitable supplier will be found. Supplier registration does not guarantee invitation, approval, contract award or future business.
